Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wheelora, including the mobile app, website, backend services, AI-assisted features, subscriptions, ads, referral features, promotional credits, and related services operated by Wheelora Team. By accessing or using Wheelora, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Wheelora.
1. Entertainment Only
Wheelora is a novelty decision aid and entertainment tool. Spin results, weighted outcomes, AI-generated options, labels, suggestions, rankings, and other outputs are for entertainment purposes only. They are not facts, guarantees, predictions, probabilities, or professional advice.
Do not rely on Wheelora for medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, insurance, employment, education, travel, safety, emergency, relationship, parenting, or other consequential decisions. If you need advice, consult a qualified professional.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Wheelora is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Wheelora only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Some features may require an account or third-party sign-in. You are responsible for your device, credentials, account activity, and any information you provide.
3. Your Content
You are responsible for prompts, wheel names, options, emojis, onboarding answers, preferences, and other content you create, submit, store, or sync through Wheelora.
You grant Wheelora Team a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, store, transform, display, and otherwise process your content only as reasonably needed to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve Wheelora.
4. AI Features
AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable output. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it.
Do not submit sensitive, confidential, regulated, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so and understand that third-party AI and Large Language Model providers may process that information to provide the feature.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Wheelora to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Harass, abuse, defame, impersonate, threaten, or exploit others.
- Submit content involving self-harm, violence, weapons, illegal drugs, illegal gambling, stalking, or other dangerous conduct.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, overload, bypass, disrupt, or abuse the service.
- Misrepresent Wheelora output as professional advice, guaranteed outcomes, or statistically valid probabilities.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated methods except through interfaces we authorize.
- Manipulate subscriptions, referrals, ads, credits, quotas, restore flows, device identifiers, or account state.
6. Third-Party Services
Wheelora relies on third-party services that may change over time, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, cloud database and authentication providers, third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Model (LLM) providers, app store platforms, subscription management services, advertising partners, analytics providers, diagnostics providers, and identity providers.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, downtime, policy changes, content moderation, billing systems, data handling, output quality, or security practices. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Subscriptions, Purchases, Pro Access, and Cancellation
Wheelora Pro and other paid features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions or in-app purchases through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized purchase flow. The purchase screen or app store checkout presents the available plan, price, billing period, trial or introductory terms if any, renewal terms, and cancellation options before you purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable app store account settings before renewal. Deleting Wheelora, deleting your Wheelora account, signing out, or stopping use of the app does not cancel an app store subscription. Refunds, renewal notices, billing support, and subscription management are handled by the applicable app store except where we expressly say otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Pro access is tied to an active entitlement confirmed by our subscription management provider and Wheelora servers. Local app indicators may lag during purchase, restore, sync, billing, or network delays. If a subscription expires, is canceled, is refunded, enters an unresolved billing issue, or cannot be verified, Pro access may revert to the free tier.
Pro may include premium themes, higher wheel storage limits, higher AI optimization allowances, and other Pro-only features. Pro is not unlimited. Feature availability and limits remain subject to fair-use limits, anti-abuse controls, account standing, billing status, provider restrictions, technical limits, content rules, downtime, and feature availability.
8. AI Credits, Rewards, Ads, Referrals, and Quotas
Wheelora may provide free AI usage, daily AI allowances, stored AI credits or energy, rewarded-ad credits, referral credits, wheel storage slots, or similar promotional allowances. These allowances are limited in-app rights to use specific Wheelora features. They are not money, property, stored value, gift cards, or legal tender; they have no cash value; and they cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn except as expressly allowed inside Wheelora.
AI credits and quotas are calculated by Wheelora's server records. Daily limits may reset according to a service timezone and may not match your local midnight. Free, ad-supported, referral, and Pro limits may differ. Stored credits may be used only for eligible AI features and may be capped, adjusted, revoked, reversed, or made unavailable for abuse, fraud, technical error, account deletion, policy changes, discontinued features, provider restrictions, or legal requirements.
Referral rewards are promotional and may require attribution, a qualifying new user, account eligibility, activation events, fraud checks, monthly caps, and other conditions shown in the app or controlled by server policy. Watching or completing an ad does not guarantee a reward if the ad provider, device, network, account, or Wheelora server cannot confirm eligibility.
9. Ownership
Wheelora, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and related intellectual property, is owned by Wheelora Team or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wheelora for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
10. Feedback
If you send feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction, attribution, or compensation.
11. Availability and Termination
We may modify, suspend, limit, disable, or discontinue any part of Wheelora at any time, with or without notice. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, exposed us to liability, or used Wheelora in an abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or technically harmful way.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wheelora and all software, services, content, ads, subscriptions, credits, rewards, and AI outputs are provided "as is," "as available," and with all faults. Wheelora Team disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and that outputs will be safe, true, complete, unique, useful, or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wheelora Team and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use, business, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to Wheelora or these Terms.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for Wheelora in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $0.00 if you paid nothing.
14. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wheelora Team and its affiliates, licensors, contractors, service providers, and suppliers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your content, your use or misuse of Wheelora, your violation of these Terms or law, your violation of third-party rights, or actions taken in reliance on AI-generated, weighted, or random outputs.
15. Apple App Store Terms
If you obtain Wheelora through Apple's App Store, this agreement is between you and Wheelora Team, not Apple. Wheelora Team is responsible for Wheelora and its content. Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by Apple's usage rules. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Wheelora.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, or, if federal jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court serving Dane County, Wisconsin.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Wheelora Team agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, representative, consolidated, or private attorney general action.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted or when otherwise presented to you, unless a later date is stated. We may require you to accept updated Terms before continuing to use Wheelora.
