- Usage, telemetry, diagnostics, and security data, such as spin events, timestamps, app version, request metadata, logs, rate-limit events, crash reports, performance signals, quota day keys, and anti-abuse signals.
- Subscription and purchase data, such as product identifiers, entitlement status, active subscription state, purchase, restore, cancellation, expiration, billing issue, and related transaction metadata.
- Credit, quota, referral, and reward data, such as AI credit balances, AI credit ledger entries, daily usage counts, stored AI energy, rewarded-ad outcomes, referral codes, referral attribution status, reward eligibility, monthly reward counters, and fraud-prevention or risk signals.
- Advertising and ad-event data, such as ad outcomes, reward metadata, contextual signals, device advertising data where permitted, and diagnostic data from ad partners.
- Device and network information, such as IP address, user agent, platform, device identifiers made available by SDKs, hashed referral risk signals, and connectivity information.
- On-device data, such as local databases, caches, drafts, local spin history, auth session data, onboarding storage, and other app data stored on your device.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve Wheelora.
- Create, store, sync, display, and restore wheels, settings, preferences, subscriptions, credits, and entitlements.
- Generate AI-assisted wheel content.
- Authenticate users and manage accounts.
- Administer purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, restores, quotas, credits, referrals, rewards, and anti-fraud checks.
- Measure usage, diagnose issues, monitor performance, investigate abuse, and enforce limits.
- Deliver ads, including rewarded ads, and determine whether a reward should be credited.
- Calculate eligibility, attribution, balances, caps, reversals, and server-authoritative plan or quota state.
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect rights, safety, and property.
3. Third-Party Processing and Service Providers
We use third-party processors and service providers to operate Wheelora. These may include cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, cloud database and authentication providers, third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Model (LLM) providers, app store platforms, subscription management services, advertising partners, analytics providers, diagnostics providers, customer support tools, and identity providers.
These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect Wheelora, or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or other business transaction.
4. AI Prompts and Model Processing
When you use AI-assisted features, your prompt, wheel content, and related context may be transmitted to third-party AI and LLM providers for processing.
We do not intentionally use your prompts or outputs to train our own machine-learning models. Third-party provider handling may depend on their then-current terms, service tier, settings, and data-processing configuration. Avoid submitting highly sensitive, confidential, or regulated information to Wheelora.
5. Ads, Tracking, Analytics, and Crash Reports
Wheelora may display third-party ads, including rewarded ads. To support ads, we may share or allow collection of device, ad, contextual, and diagnostic information with advertising partners. Wheelora may derive contextual ad signals from wheel content, onboarding answers, or similar content.
On iOS, if tracking permission is requested and granted, advertising identifiers or tracking-related data may be used for personalization, attribution, or measurement. If permission is denied or unavailable, you may still receive non-personalized, contextual, or limited ads.
We may receive analytics, diagnostics, crash reports, performance reports, and service logs to understand usage, improve stability, and investigate abuse or failures.
6. Consent and Onboarding Data
Wheelora may ask onboarding questions before you create an account or sync. We aim to store onboarding answers locally on your device until you explicitly agree to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. If you later sign in or enable sync, your account-linked data may be uploaded after required consent is recorded.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Wheelora, maintain accounts, sync wheels, enforce quotas and anti-abuse measures, process subscriptions, administer credits and referrals, investigate incidents, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Account-linked wheel content and settings may remain until you delete them, request deletion, or we no longer need them for service operation. Operational logs, AI generation records, credit ledger entries, referral records, ad-event records, auth logs, telemetry, and minimal privacy-request receipts may be retained for operational, security, fraud-prevention, billing, compliance, and analytics purposes. On-device data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, sign out in a way that clears local guest data, or uninstall the app. We may retain de-identified, aggregated, backup, or legally required records for longer.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. You may also have rights related to targeted advertising, profiling, sale, sharing, or the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information under certain privacy laws.
You can generally edit or delete wheel content in the app, manage subscriptions through app store settings, limit ad tracking through device settings, turn off personalized rewarded ad requests in Settings > Privacy controls, export a copy of synced account data from Settings > Privacy controls, and delete your Wheelora account and associated synced app data from Settings > Privacy controls. You may also request account or data deletion at https://wheelora.ai/data-deletion or contact support@wheelora.ai for privacy requests or questions.
We do not currently exchange your wheel prompts or synced wheel content for money. Some disclosures involving ad-tech providers, advertising identifiers, contextual ad signals, or personalized ad requests may be considered "sharing," "sale," or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws. If you turn off personalized rewarded ads, Wheelora avoids sending wheel-derived ad targeting signals with rewarded ad requests, though ad partners may still receive information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in ads.
We aim to respond to privacy requests without undue delay. Where GDPR applies, requests are generally handled within one month unless a lawful extension applies. Some deletion requests may require identity verification, subscription cancellation steps, provider-side processing, or retention of limited records where permitted or required by law.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no security measure is perfect. We cannot guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability, or that data will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization.
10. International Processing
Your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.
11. Children's Privacy
Wheelora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact support@wheelora.ai and we will take appropriate steps.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted or when otherwise presented to you, unless a later date is stated. We may require renewed consent where appropriate.
13. Contact
Privacy requests and questions may be sent to support@wheelora.ai.
